Computer Based Safety Training Courses
OSHA Based Safety Training Courses - narrated with end of course quiz.

Each course file is between 4 to 11 MB

Downloading - Installing & Using Courses
   These directions are available for print in
MS Word

These safety training courses are designed to use your internet browser.  You do not need to be connected to the internet to use them. They are stored on your computer and run from your computer

 1. To Download – Each course must be downloaded separately. On the course index page on safetyinfo.com CLICK on the title of the course… then click on “Save”… a download box will open … we recommend you save the course installation file to your desktop for easier access.

2. Installing Courses – After you have downloaded the installation files… double-click on the installation file title on your computer to start installation of the course.  CLICK on NEXT to start the installation process … this action will “unpack” the course and install it in the “Program Files” area of your hard-drive.

 

3. Using the Courses  – After installing the courses, you can run them from the same location you start other programs….. Click on START on your Windows Desktop…. Select PROGRAMS … then SAFETY COURSES… then click the name of the course you wan to run…. The example below shows all available courses, but your list will only show the courses you downloaded and installed.

4.  When you click a course title to start using a course, your internet browser will start.  You do not have to be on-line to use the courses… they run from your hard-drive.

 If you have a high level of internet browser security you may see a message similar to that shown below.   Just click on the yellow notice bar and then “Allow Blocked Content” to start running the course
 

 

 5.  After completing a course and quiz, a POP-UP will show the Quiz Score… you can print the results from this POP-UP box
